How do I contact Neighbourhood Watch Ryde District?
The best way to get in touch with us is either via the Contact Us form or to send us an email to neighbourhoodwatchryde@outlook.com.
How do I volunteer? What help do you need?
Any form of assistance that you can provide is very much welcome.
We need assistance with:
- Newsletter distribution and co-ordination
- General volunteering (manning stalls at events, handing out literature, etc)
- Organisational administration (being part of the committee)
We have regular public meetings where we catch-up and discuss issues as well - please drop in and introduce yourself.
Should I contact Neighbourhood Watch Ryde to report a crime?
No, the best contact for reporting crime are the Police. Please see the Report Crime webpage for further information on how to contact the Police, depending on the severity/urgency of the incident.
Are all Neighbourhood Watch groups the same?
There are many different Neighbourhood watch groups and entities in existence within Australia. Whilst the fundamental aim of each group is broadly the same there are differences in how each group is structured and the activities they undertake. Further to this, there are differences at a State level in terms of how much operational and financial support is provided via the Police.
